Welcome to Bellissima, the little bake shop that could. For me, the love of baking has always been entrenched in not only the craft, but in the beauty of it all. Beauty of colour, beauty of texture, and most importantly- beauty of my willing taste testers’ reactions (aka my four children and husband). After honing my craft as Head Pastry Chef across different establishments for the past decade, one of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that creative ideas should never be stifled.
With the help of my family, these creative ideas bloomed from a simple dream into Bellissima’s four walls, complete with expansive display cases and deliciously sinful aromas. Here you will find sweet and dreamy creations, swirling colours and multi-dimensional textures. No idea is too big, too small, too plain or too complicated. Using handcrafted methods and all-natural ingredients, these cakes and pastries are not only decadent, they embody the one word I strive to achieve with all my creations-beauty. Or as they say in Italy: Bellissima.
